Authorities earlier this week arrested a Turlock man suspected of sending a digital camera to a 14-year-old girl to take sexually explicit photos of herself and return the images to him, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
Brian Robert Garrett, 25, was arrested on federal charges of producing, receiving, distributing and possessing child pornography, according to a sheriff's news release.
Garrett was arrested by detectives assigned to the Sacramento Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which includes federal, state and local law enforcement investigators who handle online enticement and child pornography cases.

In March 2009, Wood County sheriff's officials in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., identified Garrett as receiving child pornography via the Internet after an online exchange with the teenage girl.
On Monday, the detectives served a federal search warrant at Garrett's home in the 1900 block of Joett Drive, just south of Fulkerth Road.
Garrett was taken into custody and his computer was seized.
