Valley congressmen vote in lockstep with parties on health care

California's congressional district voted strictly by the party line when the House passed a historic package of health care reforms Sunday. The Democrats -- including Dennis Cardoza and Gerry McNerney -- voted in favor of the measure. The Republicans -- including George Radanovich -- voted "no."
