Two men and a woman from Tuolumne County were arrested Thursday and Friday on several charges including possession of stolen property, being under the influence of a controlled substance and manufacturing drugs, according to a Sonora Police Department news release. Martha Fisher, 31, of Sonora was booked for manufacturing a controlled substance. Before her arrest, Fisher was listed as the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office's most wanted person of the week for warrants related to felony drug charges. Steven Murphy, 28, of Columbia was arrested on suspicion of stolen property, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Daniel Foote, 26, of Tuolumne City was booked on possession of stolen property, resisting arrest and driving on a suspended driver's license. They remained in jail Monday.
