MAGIC SHOW

Info: Dan Chan the Magic Man will hold a magic show for children. The performance will include audience participation, juggling, acrobatics and circus stunts. Tickets are free but space is limited. LUNCH & LEARN

Where: Appetéz restaurant, 825 Roseburg Ave.

Info: Matt Machado, director of the Public Works Department for Stanislaus County and the authority manager for the North County Corridor Expressway, will speak at the upcoming League of Women Voters Lunch and Learn Program. Info: Valley Charter High School, a public Early College High School, is having an open house for parents of current eighth-grade students. Info: Tea Tyme Serenades, an afternoon tea with food and live entertainment provided by Turlock High School Chamber Ensembles, will benefit orchestra activities and provide scholarships for students. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and children. For more information, call 667-2055.
