25 YEARS AGO: Jaymi Souza of Mountain View 4-H won the Gailen Martin Outstanding Exhibitor Award, and the 63-member Stanislaus County delegation won top awards for outstanding 4-H cow, sheep and swine groups at the 39th annual Junior Grand National Livestock Exposition, Rodeo and Horseshow at the Cow Palace in San Francisco.
