Students at Central Catholic High School got an emotional lesson in the repercussions of drunken driving asthey participated in the "Every 15 Minutes" program Wednesday morning. The program, put on by local law enforcement and emergency response agencies, stages fake DUI deaths or car accidents in front of students on campus. The name, "Every 15 Minutes," refers to the estimated frequency with which someone in the United States is killed in an alcohol-related crash.
