Rep. Dennis Cardoza, D-Merced, is accepting art from students until Friday to show off in Congress.
Each member of the House of Representatives can display one piece of art from students in his or her district.
The winner from each congressional district and one guest will be invited to a Capitol Hill reception in June that will highlight their accomplishments in conjunction with the hanging of their artwork.
Artwork can be submitted to any of Cardoza's three district offices.
