Police arrested three people Tuesday after officers served a search warrant at a central Modesto home where suspected criminal activity had taken place.
Modesto police served the warrant at the home in the 500 block of East Roseburg Avenue, just east of Melrose Avenue.
Police Sgt. Al Brocchini said there's been suspected drug activity there recently, along with stolen property coming in and out of the house.
"It's a flophouse for criminal activity," Brocchini said. "We were here two months ago. We're just trying to clean up the neighborhood." He said 10 adults were detained.

There also was a young child removed from the home.
Brocchini said officers at the home arrested Rudy Delgado, 44, William Holmes, 44, and Jill Fisher, 36.
He said Delgado and Holmes were arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Fisher was arrested on suspicion of forgery.
Brocchini said officers recovered several stolen items from the home, including jewelry and golf clubs. Investigators were trying to identify the stolen items.
The Modesto police narcotics enforcement team assisted officers in serving the search warrant.
