A Delhi man is dead after an apparent knife fight in Atwater, according to Atwater police.
The victim, a 33-year-old Delhi resident, was found Wednesday evening in a home in the 1100 block of Mary Ann Drive. Police responded to a report of a stabbing at the home, and when they arrived at 6:42 p.m., they found two men with stab wounds.
Both victims were taken to Mercy Medical Center Merced, where one of them later died. Police aren't releasing his identity until his family has been notified.
Police believe that an argument between the men turned physical, resulting in one of the men using a knife.
