Crosby, Stills & Nash returns to Ironstone

Crosby, Stills & Nash must believe that Ironstone Amphitheatre in Murphys is a very, very fine house.

Less than nine months after the supergroup performed there, the members are coming back for an encore show.

Since their last show, David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash have released a new album, "Demos," which features 12 previously unreleased demos recorded between 1968 and 1971.

Known for its tight harmonies, the group produced a slew of hits over the years, including "Our House," "Teach Your Children," "Love the One You're With" and "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes." All three were veterans of the music scene before they came together. Crosby formerly performed with The Byrds, Stills had performed in Buffalo Springfield and Nash was in The Hollies.

The show kicks off Ironstone's 2010 summer season. Other acts planned are The Fray and Kris Allen (June 18), Chicago and the Doobie Brothers (June 20), Sugarland, Michelle Branch and Will Hoge (July 9), Faith Hill (July 23), REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar and Edwin Mcain (Aug. 1), ZZ Top and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts (Aug. 14), B.B. King, Al Green and Buddy Guy (Aug. 20), Willie Nelson & Family with LeAnn Rimes (Sept. 12) and Sheryl Crow (Sept. 17).
