Explore the sky at CSUS tonight

California State University, Stanislaus, will hold the second observatory night of the semester today in the Naraghi Observatory.

"The Deep Dark Sky" is free and open to the public and starts about 7 p.m.

The focus will be on observing the Andromeda Galaxy, Jupiter and, darkness permitting, the Ring Nebula, the Lagoon Nebula and star clusters.

The observatory is on the roof of Naraghi Hall on the south side of the campus.

Guests should first register for the event in the lobby of Naraghi Hall. Everyone who attends should bring warm clothing.
