Alex Jimenez: Fruitland Avenue, where shock absorbers go to die

Gentlemen, every day we read about the bad condition of the California road system. However, we don’t have to go very far to find a bad road in our neighborhood. Take the example of Fruitland Avenue from Winton Way to Shaffer Road. This is assumed to be a county road and the condition of this road is plain terrible.

I am forever fighting tires, front-end alignment, shock absorbers, spring problems, etc. All my neighbors are complaining about the same thing. So to Merced County, please do something about this!

Alex Jimenez, Atwater
