The Week: Perez ran wild against Hilmar with 306 yards and three touchdowns to help the Reds upset the Yellowjackets 30-24.

Girls Athlete of the Week

Grace Mello

School: Golden Valley

Sport: Water Polo

Class: Senior

Position: Hole-set

The Week: Mello helped the Cougars pick up their first win with a 15-13 win over Yosemite. Mello finished with eight goals, three assists and four steals.
