DESCRIPTION: Serna is Latino, 26 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 210 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes

TATTOOS: He has a tattoo of the name "SERNA" on his right arm; a picture of a skull with an afro on his left arm; and the name "SANDRA" on his back. He has been known to associate with criminal street gangs.
