Elizabeth and Antonio Garcia announce the birth of their son, Ryan Mattew, on Nov. 5 – 8 pounds, 9 ounces and 22 inches long. Ryan joins siblings Anthony, Nathan and Brayden Garcia. Maternal grandparent is Josefina Salcedo. Paternal grandparents are Yolanda and Antonio Garcia.
