Autism support

G Street Junction
The rock, jazz and R&B band G Street Junction will perform a pair of concerts in support of the Merced Walk to End Alzheimer’s from 7-10 p.m. Friday at Bangkok Thai, 235 W. Main St., and again from 7-10 p.m. Sept. 24 at Auntie’s Soul Food, 2000 E. Child Ave. (inside the Eagle’s Nest). Organizers are asking for a donation of at least $5 for admission.
Breakfast at zoo
Breakfast with the Animals is set for 8-11 a.m. Saturday in the Rossotti Ed-Zoo-Cation Center at Applegate Park Zoo, 1045 W. 25th St., Merced. Tickets include breakfast and admission to the zoo, and proceeds are used for zoo programs. Children and seniors get in for $5, adults are $10 and a family of two adults and three children is $25. Green Party to meet
A coalition of Green Party members will meet from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at Merced Courthouse Park, at N and 21st streets. The gathering will mark the fifth anniversary of Occupy Merced and Occupy Wall Street. The event will cover a number of topics and social issues. It will also offer an open mic. Bike run and march
This Ain’t Your Mama’s Church plans the 10th annual bike run and march to say “no” to methamphetamine from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Merced Courthouse Park, at N and 21st streets. Prizes and awards are planned. For more, call 209-201-6742 or go to www.bikechurch.org.
Youth Center
The McNamara Youth Center in the park is open for drop-in activities from 3-6 p.m. Monday through Friday at the park, 1040 Canal St. For more, call 209-385-6235.
Job fair
The Veterans Job and Information Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 29 at the American Legion Hall, 939 West Main St., Merced.
