Benefit Dinner at Italo Lodge
The Italian Catholic Federation will host a family-style polenta and chicken dinner to benefit scholarships and various community and religious programs including Merced Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity, St. Vincent de Paul, Catholic Charities of Merced and others, from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Italo American Lodge, 18th and U Streets, Merced. Le Grand Youth Group

Fall Concert at Merced College
The Merced College Music Department will host its annual fall concert Autumn Memories featuring the Merced College Concert Band at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Merced College Theater, 3600 M St., Merced. Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity of Merced County will hold its annual meeting and potluck at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church Parish Hall, 2916 N. McKee Road. Merced. Bring a dish to share and enjoy visiting with Habitat families, hear news about the ReStore, updates on Brush with Kindness projects and introduction of our board of directors. Skate Park Fundraiser
Beachwood-Franklin Committee 4 Improvement’s “SK8 4 The Youth Skate Park Fundraiser & Harvest Festival” will be held from noon to 3p.m. Oct. 21 at 2040 Lobo Ave., Merced.
