Rummage Sale in Livingston

Applegate Park Zoo Event

The Applegate Park Zoo will host a “Mermaids and Pirates” water-themed family fun night from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Zoo, 1045 W. 25th St., Merced. Popcorn, popsicles, crafts, treasure hunt, bounce house, and of course Mermaids and Pirates! Admission is $3 per person, children 2 and under are free. Costumes encouraged. Summer Family Health Festival

Castle Family Health Centers hosts its 11th annual Summer Family Health Festival from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Castle Clinic, 3605 Hospital Road, Atwater. The Diabetes 2k Walk will be held the same day from 8 to 8:30 a.m. Event organizers will provide free health screenings for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Hearing, Breast Exams, Vision, Glaucoma and Dental for children. Music, dance group, face painting and other funs and games for children will be available, along with free lunch, raffles and other refreshments. Odd Fellows breakfast

Italian Lodge lunch
