Merced County Stand-Down

Reptiles Show at Merced zoo

Master Gardeners of Merced

The Master Gardeners of Merced will host a public workshop, “Creating a Container Garden,” to demonstrate how to create a living landscape that is fun and easy. Golf tourney

Merced's chapter of the Mexican American Golf Association will be hosting its annual Golf Tournament at Rancho Del Rey on Aug. 19. The cost is $70. Registration will be at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Proceeds will help Merced County high school golf teams. An optional closest to the pin, and most accurate drive will be available for $5.
