Burger benefit for Salvation Army
The Native Daughters of the Golden West is teaming up with Carl’s Jr. to help out the Salvation Army. On Wednesday and Thursday, Carl’s Jr. will give 25 percent of all sales generated to the Native Daughters, which will then be passed on to the Salvation Army.
Merced College Retired Women luncheon

Merced Peripheral Neuropathy Support Group
The Merced Peripheral Neuropathy Support Group’s next meeting is 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hoffmeister Center, 1920 Canal Street, Merced. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce installation
The Merced County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 2015 Installation and Awards Dinner on Friday. The event is set for 6 to 10 p.m. at Gateway Gardens, 800 W. 18th St., Merced. Merced SPCA Christmas Home Tour
The Merced Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is holding its 23rd annual Christmas Home Tour on Dec.13.
