La Grange breakfast
Breakfast at the IOOF Hall in La Grange will be served from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday. Music therapy

Secret War talk
The National Association for Uniformed Services will meet at 10 a.m. June 18 at the Castle Air Museum Banquet Room, 5050 Santa Fe Drive, Atwater. The Merced County Genealogical Society welcomes Kathy Burrow, a genealogy enthusiast assisting others with their family trees for more than 40 years, as a guest speaker this month. Her topic is “Family History for the Adopted Child” at 1 p.m. June 18 at the Merced County Library, 2100 O St. The meetings are open to all; no membership required.
Sunday dance
