Search warrant leads to six arrests at Los Banos home, police say
A search warrant led to six arrests at a Los Banos home on Friday.
The Los Banos Police Department’s Investigations and Code Enforcement divisions teamed up to serve a search warrant on the 2200 block of Canal Farm Lane. The home had been without running water and electricity, according to police.
Police arrested six people at the home for various narcotics charges.
The homeowner, Rachel Thompson, 42, of Los Banos, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a home where drugs are used and sold.
Lori Marie Guzman, 51, and Albert Noriego, 33, were arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. Joshua Bronson, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin and methamphetamine.
Elijah Esquivel, 20, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and Linda Garcia, 40, was arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools and an outstanding warrant.
Citations were also issued by Code Enforcement officers totaling over $600, and two vehicles were removed from the property. Two other vehicles were tagged and are in the abatement process. The owner may face additional fines if she fails to clean up and maintain the property.
