Livingston police jail gang member brothers
Two brothers, described by police as known gang members, were arrested and booked into jail last week in Livingston after police found a marijuana garden, guns and graffiti.
Livingston officers said they were following up on a previous case in the 2300 block of Bardolino Drive in Livingston when they saw several known gang members. When approached by police, the subjects ran away.
Officers said they found Angel Guzman, 18, and his brother Jose Guzman, 34, both known gang members. The officers reported that they conducted a probation search and found a small marijuana garden, butane honey oil materials and hashish oil.
Officers also found gang graffiti, ammunition and a gun on California’s list of banned firearms. Also found was another gun that can hold more than 20 rounds of ammunition.
Police said they also found several shaved keys, which can be used to break into cars to steal them.
Both brothers were booked into jail on a number of charges.
