Atwater FFA captures first at field day event

Atwater High School FFA students joined more than 1,000 agriculture high school students throughout California at the Merced College Field Day March 19.

The job interview team ended the day with a first place finish overall, with the team led by Nikki Schiber and JD Brownwood.

Other Atwater FFA highlights included a third place overall finish for the milk quality and dairy foods team, a third place finish for the nursery and landscape team, a third place finish for the ag mechanics team and a fourth place finish for the land team.
