The most expensive community in Merced County is Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot in the last two weeks was $274.

Outside of Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, the best deal can be found in Merced, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $243.

In the last two weeks, a 1,321-square-foot home on Main Street in Livingston, Delhi, Snelling sold for $300,000.
