The median price per square foot for a home in Livingston, Delhi, Snelling in the last two weeks was $225, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $17 less than the Merced County median.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $251.

Outside of Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, the best deal can be found in Merced, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $237.

In the last two weeks, a 1,200-square-foot home on Corner Street in Livingston, Delhi, Snelling sold for $270,000.
