The median price per square foot for a home in Merced decreased in the last week to $233. That’s $5 less than the Merced County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Merced was $234.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $246.

The best deal can be found in Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $213.

In the last week, a 2,096-square-foot home on Joerg Avenue in Merced sold for $490,000.
