The median price per square foot for a home in Merced in the last week was $235, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $16 less than the Merced County median.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $269.

Outside of Merced, the best deal can be found in Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $249.

In the last week, a 1,146-square-foot home on Colony Park Drive in Merced sold for $270,000.
