After Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, the most expensive community in Merced County is Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot in the last two weeks was $260.

The best deal can be found in Merced, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $235.

In the last two weeks, a 1,400-square-foot home on Hales Drive in Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine sold for $375,000.
