The median price per square foot for a home in Merced decreased in the last week to $217, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $46 less than the Merced County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Merced was $235.
The most expensive community in Merced County is Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $274.
Outside of Merced, the best deal can be found in Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $259.
In the past week, a 1,724-square-foot home on Bodega Court in Merced sold for $375,000.
