The most expensive community in Merced County is Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $274.

The best deal can be found in Merced, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $217.

In the past week, a 1,322-square-foot home on McKenzie Street in Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine sold for $350,000.
