The most expensive community in Merced County is Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $254.

The best deal can be found in Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $199.

In the past week, a 1,826-square-foot home on McKee Road in Merced sold for $420,000.
