See the decrease in real estate prices in Merced the week of Nov. 13

The median price per square foot for a home in Merced decreased in the last week to $233, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $11 less than the Merced County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Merced was $244.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $275.

Outside of Merced, the best deal can be found in Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $244.

In the past week, a 2,079-square-foot home on Joerg Avenue in Merced sold for $485,000.
