The median price per square foot for a home in Livingston, Delhi, Snelling in the last two weeks was $220, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $24 less than the Merced County median.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $247.

Outside of Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, the best deal can be found in Merced, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $235.

In the last two weeks, a 2,570-square-foot home on Autry Lane in Livingston, Delhi, Snelling sold for $566,000.
