What was the increase in real estate prices in Merced the week of Feb. 12?

The median price per square foot for a home in Merced increased in the last week to $216, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $5 less than the Merced County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Merced was $193.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $336.

Outside of Merced, the best deal can be found in Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $217.

In the past week, a 1,806-square-foot home on Samuel Way in Merced sold for $391,689.
