The median price per square foot for a home in Merced increased in the last week to $212. That’s $21 less than the Merced County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Merced was $201.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $243.

The best deal can be found in Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $193.

In the past week, a 1,766-square-foot home on Columbia Avenue in Merced sold for $375,000.
