Merced-area home sales: Real estate prices in Merced the week of Aug. 6

The median price per square foot for a home in Merced decreased in the past week to $239. That’s $12 less than the Merced County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Merced was $245.

The most expensive community in Merced County is Atwater, Ballico, Cressey, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $302.

The best deal can be found in Livingston, Delhi, Snelling, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $231.

In the past week, a 1,815-square-foot home on Carly Anne Drive in Merced sold for $435,000.

The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Aug. 7.
