Your guide to Taylor Swift in Santa Clara: Stadium rules, special guests and Sacramento train
The day is almost here for Northern California “Swifties.”
Taylor Swift is coming to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara Friday and Saturday for The Eras Tour, a 52-stop excursion that includes a colorful production, sparkling costumes and confetti.
Fans aren’t the only ones gearing up for the shows. The city is also taking measures to show its Taylor pride, renaming the city “Swiftie Clara” and making her the honorary mayor for the concert weekend.
If you’re headed to the stadium, here’s what you need to know:
What time do the shows start?
According to the stadium website, parking lots open at 2 p.m. Fans can get through the stadium gates at 4:30 p.m. and the concert starts at 6:30 p.m.
Who is opening the Taylor Swift show?
Swift has a star-studded list of support acts for The Eras Tour, including Phoebe Bridgers, Paramore and beabadoobee.
For the Santa Clara shows, HAIM and Gracie Abrams are the special guests.

What are the rules at Levi’s Stadium?
Like most venues, Levi’s Stadium has a handful of rules to make sure everyone stays safe during their visit.
This includes having a small or clear bag, and leaving drugs, laptops and weapons at home.

The stadium also emphasizes that there’s no “Taylorgating” allowed. So if you were thinking of having a mini-party in the parking lot, you’ll want to ditch the cooler and folding chairs before you get in trouble.
But at least you can swap friendship bracelets?

Going to the concert from Sacramento
The Capital Corridor train is making it easier for Sacramento fans to see Swift this weekend by offering train rides directly to and from Levi’s Stadium.
There will also be food, drinks, restrooms and WiFi on board.

Want a last-minute ticket?
If you have nearly $1,000 on hand, you might be able to snag a last-minute ticket to see Swift.
Ticket resale companies are selling tickets for Friday and Saturday with prices starting at around $760 and soaring up to $20,000.
