Babyface, Boyz II Men to play at California State Fair. Who else will be there?

Babyface and Boyz II Men are among the acts scheduled to perform at this year’s California State Fair, officials said.

The full 2026 concert lineup for the Toyota Concert Series on the Sky River Casino Stage at the fair, which runs from July 17 to Aug. 2 at Cal Expo in Sacramento, has been announced.

All shows are free with a California State Fair admission ticket. Fans can line up at 5 p.m. before each show to grab one of the 700 free seats on a first-come, first-served basis.

The fair also will sell tickets for reserved seats at the concerts from $45 and up. Those ticket prices do not include the cost of fair admission, which is required in order to enter the concert venue.

Advance adult admission is $16, while gate prices are slightly higher at $18. Children 4 and under are free, and seniors 62+ get reduced rates. Packages such as the “Fun Pack” and season passes are also available online.

Here are the performers announced for the fair concert series:

• Babyface will perform Friday, July 17.
• Wyclef Jean will perform Saturday, July 18.
• Tower of Power will perform Sunday, July 19.
• Struggle Jennings will perform Monday, July 20.
• Midland will perform Tuesday, July 21.
• Iration will perform Wednesday, July 22.
• Lee Brice will perform Thursday, July 23.
• Ja Rule will perform Friday, July 24.
• KC & the Sunshine Band will perform Saturday, July 25.
• Ezequiel Peña will perform Sunday, July 26.
• Queen Nation will perform Monday, July 27.
• Keith Sweat will perform Tuesday, July 28.
• Trace Adkins will perform Wednesday, July 29.
• Dark Star Orchestra - Grateful Dead Live Concert Experience will perform Thursday, July 30.
• Boyz II Men will perform Friday, July 31.
• WAR will perform Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026.
• Yacht Rock Revue will perform Sunday, Aug. 2.

The fair will be open from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday through Saturday. Gates close at 8 p.m. on closing day.

Beginning in 2027, the state fair will move from mid-summer to the fall in search of cooler temperatures, The Sacramento Bee reported.
