Report: Juvenile sent to children’s hospital after vehicle incident in Modesto
A juvenile found on a sidewalk on Kerr Avenue in Modesto on Friday afternoon was taken to a Madera children’s hospital with undisclosed injuries.
According to Saturday morning’s Modesto Fire Department incident report, an engine, medic and battalion chief responded at 3:51 p.m. Friday to a call about a vehicle vs. pedestrian in the 800 block of Kerr.
Because of the extent of the juvenile’s injuries, the patient was taken to the City-County Airport and then transported to the Madera hospital, according to the MFD report. The Modesto Police Department is investigating.
Modesto police officials contacted had no information available for release as of Saturday afternoon.
