Did coronavirus ruin your wedding plans? Busch wants to give you free beer for a year

If you postponed or canceled your wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic, Busch wants to the help take the edge off with free beer for a year.

The Busch Guy, the company’s spokesman, announced on social media that the company would be giving away a year’s worth of free beer to couples who had to change their wedding plans in 2020.

“Wedding season is approaching, and we’ve seen many stories of couples having to adjust and cancel their plans,” vice president of value brands Daniel Blake said in a release, according to AdWeek. “Busch still wanted to offer these couples a chance for a wedding gift and a reason to celebrate their love, regardless of our unprecedented situation.”

To enter, tag Busch in a photo of of you and your betrothed on social media and tell them how you’re planning to celebrate by May 1, the rules state. Be sure to follow Busch and tag #BuschWeddingGift and #Sweepstakes.

The company will choose 250 winners in a drawing on May 2. Entrants must be at least 21.

Winning couples will receive a pre-paid debit card worth $300 to buy the beer — the equivalent of two 24-packs of Busch per month for a year, the rules state.

Not getting married?

You can still score some Busch swag.

Just tag a friend who’s getting married on social media and use the hashtags #MyFriendsWedding and #Sweepstakes to be entered to win.
