Merced Shakespearefest
Merced Shakespearefest presents the magical romance “The Winter’s Tale” at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday, and at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Merced Multicultural Arts Center, 645 W. Main St.. Tickets are $12 general, $8 for students.

‘In the Mood’

‘Comedy All-Stars’
Percio Productions will present “Comedy All-Stars” March 13 at the Merced Theatre, 301 W. Main St. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m. Scheduled entertainers include Alex Ortiz, Jay Lamont, Jeff Burghart and Alex Ortiz. Tickets are $20-$25. MC Gallery seeks exhibitions
The Merced College Art Gallery is considering proposals and solo and group exhibits for the coming fall and spring semesters. The gallery coordinator and Merced College art faculty schedule six exhibits for the academic year. Portfolios need to be mailed or delivered to the gallery for review. Please include 20 digital images of artwork, artist bio, and an artist statement.

‘Disney’s Mulan Jr.’
Weaver Performing Arts is scheduled to perform the musical at the Merced Theatre at 7 p.m. on March 6, and at 1 and 7 p.m. on March 7. Tickets are $8 each and are available at the theater, 301 West Main St., (209) 381-0500.
Human Rights Film Festival

Exhibits at the Arts Center
The Merced Multicultural Arts Center, 645 W. Main St., has opened an exhibit titled “Emergency/Emergence: Art After War.” Curated by Eli-Jelly Schapiro, it features the work of artists Aaron Hughes, Ehren Tool, Mark Pinto and Drew Cameron, who are all Iraq War veterans. For more information, visit
