Road construction underway at Henry Miller Ave. near Los Banos.
Road construction began on Tuesday at Henry Miller Avenue between Highway 165 and Turner Island Road, which is just north of Los Banos.
The construction should be finished by May, depending on the weather.
The project is funded by a combination of SB 1 and Measure V dollars. Measure V was passed by voters in November of 2016 and dedicates a half-cent sales tax to transportation improvements.
