Atwater woman reported missing in Southern California found safe

5:30 p.m. Monday update - Rachel Taylor has been located safe in Santa Rosa.

A missing person’s report has been filed for 26-year-old Atwater resident Rachel Taylor, according to the Atwater Police Department.

The report was recently filed with the Huntington Beach Police Department, and forwarded to Atwater Police. Taylor, born March 27, 1993, was last seen in the Main Street area of Huntington Beach, CA, where she walked away from her husband after an argument. She is presumed to have left to an unidentified location, according to an Atwater police news release.

Taylor has not yet returned home to Atwater and efforts to contact her have been unsuccessful, according to Atwater police.
