The highway maintenance leadworker performs lead worker tasks and assists the supervisor with crew engagement of maintenance, construction, and snow removal activities on highways and highway structures.
The highway maintenance leadworker may operate and service highway maintenance equipment, landscape or construction equipment.

This is an entry-level position.
Duties include cashiering, data entry, the ability to provide verbal, written and technical assistance pertaining to the licensing of drivers, issuance of identification cards, vehicle registration and occupational licenses in a courteous and efficient manner.
