Robles is a described as Hispanic, 5-feet-9-inches tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar and a tattoo of hte name "Altamirano" on his right forearm. He goes by the alias "Enrique Perez" and has been known to participate in criminal street gangs, the sheriff's department siad.

Robles is wanted on charges of driving under the influence, felony hit and run, violation of probation and threatening a peace officer. His bail is $50,000.
