Merced County's Most Wanted: Fong Her

The Merced County Sheriff's Department is looking for Fong Her, who is wanted on charges of possessing a concealed weapon, violating probation and auto theft. Her is a 23-year-old Asian man, about 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

He has a tattoo of five dots in the web of his left hand; the numbers "301" on his upper left arm; a picture of a heart with the name "Tria" on his upper right arm. He is a validated gang member, the sheriff's department said.

Her was last seen in the Atwater area.
