‘Night of the Living Dead’
The live adaptation of George Romero’s classic horror film features a twist when performed by Playhouse Merced at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30; at 7:30 and 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31; and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at the playhouse, 452 W. ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’

Costume design show

‘Selfish Giant’
Building Young Leaders, an education enrichment center in Merced, plans a performance with a cast of about 100 children of “The Selfish Giant,” a musical adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s classic tale. LB concert series
“Urban bluegrass” is on the docket when Morgan Canyon Band comes to Los Banos.
