Man and woman sought in Merced burglary case
Merced police are looking for a man and a women who they said worked together to steal money from a laundromat on East Yosemite Parkway on Thursday.
The thieves took an undisclosed amount of cash and coins around 9:47 a.m. Thursday from a business in the 1400 block of East Yosemite Parkway. Investigators said a white male adult, standing about 6-feet tall and weighing around 200 pounds, drilled into the locks on machines and removed the money. A white adult woman acted as “look out,” police said in a news release.
They were last seen driving a purple Dodge Durango, police said.
