Planada drug store robbed by three men
Investigators are looking for three men who robbed a Planada drug store Wednesday, the Merced County Sheriff’s Department reported.
At least one was armed with a gun about 6 p.m. when two men entered San Joaquin Drug in the 9200 block of Highway 140 and stole an undisclosed number of prescription drugs, Sgt. Delray Shelton said.
There were no injuries. No arrests have been made.
A third man waited for the other two in a white sedan. No descriptions were available of the three robbers.
Shelton said it was too early in the investigation to elaborate on details of the case.
